Luxury from top to bottom!

We tried to think of all the extra touches, from beautiful and durable flooring to lots of crown molding and high ceilings throughout. We added extra insulation in the walls to keep you comfortable year round and updated everything! With a King in the Main Bedroom and Queens in the other two, plus a sofa bed in the living room, SunPlace sleeps up to 8 comfortably. We really recommend the sofa bed be used only for kids and non-angsty teens because although it is comfy, let's face it, when on vacation we grown-up adults deserve a real bed! We have received nothing but rave reviews about all our mattresses and we stay at the house 5-6 weeks each year so we are never going to leave you with an uncomfy mattress.

Front Deck

Our huge front deck is fully covered and offers the perfect spot for family meals and relaxing conversation.

Living Room

The living room is a great place to relax, play some games or watch a movie. The sofa expands to a bed for additional sleeping space.

Kitchen and Dining

The completely updated kitchen offers all new stainless appliances, farmhouse sink, microwave, and is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and gadgets you could need! Dining table seats six comfortably with two barstools in the kitchen to accommodate a family of eight.

Main Bedroom

King-sized platform bed with quality memory foam mattress, nightstands with built-in plug ins for phone or other electronics, under bed storage as well as dresser, roomy closet and Smart TV with Direct TV. NEW IN FALL 2024: UPGRADED BEDDING / LUXURY WHITES

Under the House

Plenty of space under the house for relaxing and enjoying the Gulf breezes! The private outdoor shower offers both hot and cold water and a handheld sprayer that is perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Our guest closet is filled with toys, games and beach chairs for you to enjoy and the area under the house is lined with party lights, perfect for an evening cookout or party! Behind Sunplace is a gorgeous natural area. We also provide a 50 Amp Service for your Electric Vehicle (EV)! (Of course, you must provide your own Adaptor).

  • There is free parking for 2-4 vehicles in the drive and under the house.
  • We use an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
  • A exterior door bell video camera is in use for property and guest security.
  • Primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be staying in the house.
  • No smoking of any kind inside the house, please.
  • Grilling on the deck is not allowed. Two grills are provided for use under or next to the house at ground level.
  • Guest count is limited to the number of people on the reservation.
  • Guest's pets are not allowed. We LOVE them but in order to keep everything sparkling, we are not accepting furry guests at SunPlace.
  • Although we do not allow pets, the ADA does not allow us to prohibit Certified Service Animals, so we cannot guarantee a totally allergen-free home. Please reach out before booking if this is a concern.
  • A $300 credit card HOLD will be required 2 days prior to check-in and damage charges will only be assessed if a guest causes damage to the home.
  • Check in at 4pm and check out at 10 am daily
